Our Products

Supporting local business is something that is especially important here at Brick House in the City. All our shirts are screen printed and fulfilled locally in the beautiful city of Pittsburgh. We are proud to support local business that help our community to prosper.

All of our shirts are ethically manufactured in W.A.R.P., Gold Certified warehouses. We always try to source our products from American companies and if we are unable to find a high-quality U.S. supplier we thoroughly vet every alternative to make sure that each product is ethically made and that each worker is treated fairly and with dignity.

The rights of the worker is one of the tenants of Catholic Social Teaching and we make sure that it is honored in our entire process from start to finish.

The majority of the feedback from our customers is that the tees and the sweatshirts run true to size.

In addition to our visual sizing guide, you can find the measurements for each product in the individual listings. The measurements given in each product page are measured "chest to fit", which means they are measured from side seam to side seam over the fullest part of the bust.

Please note that while we try to give measurements as exact as possible, each individual shirt may vary slightly.

Our customers love how soft and comfortable our apparel is. They love the casual fit and how easy each product is to style. You don't have to sacrifice style for comfort with us.

We do! Being inclusive to each and every body type is something that is very important to us. The size range offered by our shirt manufacturers varies by each color and fit, but when it is available, we make sure we have it. We have 2xl and 3xl in some of our V-neck designs and 2xl, 3xl, and 4xl available in some of our crew neck designs. We have and will continued to pursue more sizing options through our manufacturer and are hopeful that they will expand their options in the future.

We recommend that you wash all fabric products inside out, with like colors in cold. Shirts can be tumbled dry. Ain't nobody got time for hand washing and line drying. We test each brand to make sure they are durable enough to be well loved.

Shipping

Processing time for all standard items is about 2 to 3 business days. During the holidays, this time may increase but we will be sure to let you know of our Holiday shipping deadline and we will be sure to ship out all packages by then.

All pre-order items take about 2 to 3 weeks to produce and process. We know this is a longer timeline which is why we offer you our discounted pre-order price.

Once your order is process it is shipped from Pittsburgh as standard shipping. It should be delivered to you within 1 to 5 days after it is shipped.

International orders can take up to 4 to 8 weeks to be delivered. We appreciate your patience!

The United States Post Service is usually great about getting our deliveries safely to you, but they do get lost from time to time. If you have not received your package, please wait 48 hours. Many times, a package will just take an extra day or two to arrive. You can also give your local post office a call, they are able to help locate local packages best.

If your package is lost for 14 days, we will replace your package and mail it out to you without any additional charge. All lost packages should be reported to us within 30 days to receive a replacement order. At this time, we do not refund or pay for reshipping costs for international packages.

Returns

We do accept returns on all apparel products that have not been worn or washed. Trying on the shirt is absolutely okay and does not disqualify you from making a return. We do not accept on non-apparel products such as tumblers or totes.

The customer will receive a full refund once the return is received. Please note that it may take a few days for the funds to show up in your account.

Of course! If your shirt does not fit to your liking, we will happily exchange sizes for you. You must notify a need for exchange within 14 days of the item being received and all exchanges must be sent back within 30 days from being received by the customer. You will pay for return shipping but shipping out your new size is on the house!

Please allow for processing time for the exchange. We try to process exchanges in a timely manner and the turn around time is about 5 business days. If the size and design you are exchanging for are not currently in stock, this process will take longer.
