Shipping policy
Processing time for all standard items is about 2 to 3 business days. During the holidays, this time may increase but we will be sure to let you know of our Holiday shipping deadline and we will be sure to ship out all packages by then.
All pre-order items take about 2 to 3 weeks to produce and process. We know this is a longer timeline which is why we offer you our discounted pre-order price.
Once your order is process it is shipped from Pittsburgh as standard shipping. It should be delivered to you within 1 to 5 days after it is shipped.
International orders can take up to 4 to 8 weeks to be delivered. We appreciate your patience!
Lost Packages:
The United States Post Service is usually great about getting our deliveries safely to you, but they do get lost from time to time. If you have not received your package, please wait 48 hours. Many times, a package will just take an extra day or two to arrive. You can also give your local post office a call, they are able to help locate local packages best.
If your package is lost for 14 days, we will replace your package and mail it out to you without any additional charge. All lost packages should be reported to us within 30 days to receive a replacement order. At this time, we do not refund or pay for reshipping costs for international packages.
