I was charged but never received my gift card! I have left a phone message as well as sent an email and received no response back from either!
Hello Trish, We did reply to your email on September 20th, the same day that it was sent. As we shared in the email, the correct email address was not provided for us and without that, we are unable to send a digital gift card. We would be happy to continue to assist you from there so that you can receive your gift card or a refund.
